This four-part mindfulness course, live online, is designed to help you reduce stress and bring more spaciousness, order and ease, to daily demands.
Each weekly workshop combines:
Guided mindfulness practices
Practical strategies, tools and tips
Interactive activities, discussion and reflection
You'll make small, meaningful changes that make a big difference.

Everyone is welcome, and the course will meet you where you are.
Do I need to attend all four workshops?
Attending all four workshops is ideal for the best experience.
Three workshops minimum qualifies you for a Certificate of Completion.
The first workshops is the most important as it sets the foundation.
If you can’t attend the first workshop, please contact Sharn in advance.
There are two workshop times. If at anytime you are unable to attend your preferred workshop, you can simply watch the recording you will be sent after each workshop and/or contact Sharn and arrange to attend at the alternative time.
What do I need to bring?
Computer, laptop or tablet with microphone, camera and internet connection.

Is the program religious?
No, the course is entirely secular.
Sharn’s teaching draws from:
20+ years of personal practice and traditional study
Guidance from Thich Nhat Hanh, the Dalai Lama, and Mingyur Rinpoche
Certification in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Calm Abiding Meditation
The focus is always on practical, everyday mindfulness.
Is the program suitable for children?
The program is designed for adults, however…
Young people 16+ are welcome and often benefit greatly, preferably attending with a parent or older companion.
