Bringing up great kids (BUGK’S)

6 Week - Free Program 

BUGK’s is a parenting program suitable for parents with children 0-12 years that supports building good relationships between parents and children. The group offers opportunities for parents to learn about how children understand and use messages from their parents in their own development. This parenting program combines a reflective mindfulness-based approach to parenting with a focus on the emotional and developmental needs of children.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide child care.
