Make Thursday a bachata night!

Join Throwback Thursdays at EC Venue, 17 McLachlan St, Fortitude Valley, from 9pm to midnight for an evening of all-bachata music, dancing and connection.

Whether you’re new to social dancing, returning after a break or a regular on the dance floor, dancers of all levels and from every school are welcome.

Come along to meet fellow dancers, practise what you’ve been learning and enjoy a friendly, respectful atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable.

Bring your friends or come ready to make new ones—let’s grow Brisbane’s bachata community together.

Throwback Thursdays brings Brisbane’s bachata community together through a shared love of music, dance and connection.

We welcome dancers from every school and at every level, from beginners finding their feet to experienced dancers and those returning after a break.

Our mission is to create a welcoming, respectful space where people can make friends, build confidence and grow as dancers.

Through regular all-bachata socials and listening to our community, we’re helping Brisbane’s bachata scene thrive—one Thursday at a time.
