Experience Flow Institute Australia's BreathLab sessions to explore and learn breathwork techniques. 


Join us for a unique hour of breathwork, self awareness, relaxation and connection. 

The flow of the session will include an introduction to breathwork, the importance of functional breathing, Flow Breathwork Session using a number of different breathwork techniques as you learn to up-regulate your own system and to down-regulate, resulting in an embodied and easy way to manage stress, relax and connect with yourself. 


This hour long session is an embodied, easy to follow and safe introduction to breathwork for those who are new. For those experienced breathers amung us it is your chance to drop back into or expand your practice with expert instructors and a down to earth community. 


The breath is unique because it is the only bodily process within our autonomic nervous system that we can consciously control. This means that by regulating our breath, we have a gateway to explore and understand our physiology much more deeply than we first thought.

We take up to 22,000 breaths a day. Isn't it mind blowing that one of the main functions to keep us alive is never taught to us. 

The layers to this are deep and as we begin to scratch the surface we find our breath plays a vital role in:

  • Self healing
  • Self awareness
  • Optimal health and well being
  • Improving sleep
  • Reducing depression
  • Lowering stress and anxiety.
  • Increasing performance,
  • Increasing productivity

Most importantly in this day and age is learning to use your breath to deeply relax and switch off, even if just for a minute. To find space in your life, to find space between the breaths.

With a combined 10+ years of experience in the industry, Timmy and Jackie together, bring a unique expertise to the health and wellness space. Guiding you in a holistic approach to self development and self awareness through the art of breathing, mindfulness and movement.


There is a reason Breathwork is at the forefront of the health and wellness industry at the moment, it is the one thread that affects everything we do. How we move, feel, think and sleep are all influenced by the breath. 



There is no pre-requisite for this style of class, everyone is welcome, come as you are.
