BRISBANE FPA KEYNOTE: After the Votes: Now What? Turning Election Outcomes into Government Engagement Wins
Event description
“The booths are packed away, the sausages are cold - but now the real work begins.”
Elections bring change, and with it, opportunity. In this timely keynote, political strategist Neil Pharaoh will guide you through how to rapidly recalibrate your government engagement strategy following the recent Federal and Queensland elections.
Using Tanck’s proven framework of five key stakeholder groups, Neil will show you how to identify new political allies, re-map your influence landscape, and position your organisation for early wins with incoming MPs, ministers, and departments.
Whether you’re pursuing funding, policy reform, or stronger government partnerships, this session will help you hit the ground running while others are still catching up.
Key Takeaways:
- Identifying fresh allies and political champions in a shifting landscape
- Refreshing your stakeholder map: who’s in, who’s out, and who matters now
- Building relevance fast: how to stand out to new decision-makers
Now is the time to act. Don’t miss this opportunity to get ahead and be heard.
This is also a milestone moment: our very first For Purpose Alliance keynote event in Queensland. Come along to hear from one of Australia’s leading government engagement experts, discover what FPA is all about, and connect with a community of like-minded sector leaders committed to purpose, impact, and peer learning.
