Brisbane November Cause Club: Do Good IRL for Women & Girls in Need

Join us in Brisbane for our November Cause Club! This month, we're getting hands-on for a good cause, supporting Share the Dignity's It's in the Bag campaign. 💙

The heart of it: We're coming together to collect everyday personal care essentials for women and girls doing it tough. We'll also be handwriting little notes of kindness and making colourful DIY bag tags to add a personal touch to the donations. Because sometimes the smallest gestures can make someone feel seen, supported and less alone.

Heads up: This month, we'd love everyone to bring along an unopened, in-date personal care item (or a few!) to add to our donation pile. Think shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, period products (see the full list below). It could be something you've already got at home or something you pick up on your next grocery run. No pressure to spend big. Every little bit helps!

We'll bring all the crafty supplies, so no skills or experience needed. Just bring yourself, your donations and a little love to share.

Our group mission is to:

🧴 Collect personal care essentials to support women and girls experiencing hardship

💌 Write heartfelt notes and decorate colourful bag tags to make each donation feel a little more personal

🤝 Meet some lovely new mates while doing something good together

About Share the Dignity: Share the Dignity is an Australian charity working to end period poverty and support women and girls experiencing homelessness, domestic violence or financial hardship. Through its It's in the Bag campaign, everyday essentials are collected and distributed to people who need them most.

Important: All items must be new and in their original packaging for health and safety reasons. Please do not include medicines or pharmaceutical items, razors, knives or scissors (except sewing/manicure kits), food or drinks, loose tampons or pads, or unsealed menstrual cups.
