Get ready for an afternoon and evening of festive fun, Christmas cheer, great company and lots of laughs — all while raising funds for a fantastic cause!
Join us for the 2026 Brisbane Santa Pub Crawl, where we'll be bringing a sea of Santas and Christmas characters to Caxton Street for a memorable day out.
🎄 How the Day Works
🎟️ 12:00 pm – Registration at The Beetson Hotel.
The festivities kick off with registration at The Beetson Hotel on Caxton Street from 12 pm.
Come along, check in, collect your Christmas decoration, map and wrist band and get ready for a fantastic day!
🍔 1:00 pm – The Santa Pub Crawl Begins!
Our official pub crawl kicks off at The Beetson Hotel at 1pm, where everyone will receive a FREE slider to get the day started.
From there, we'll make our way through 7 participating venues, enjoying the festive atmosphere, great company and special drink offers along the way.
Don't worry about remembering where to go — a map, venue details and instructions will be provided to everyone on the day.
This is strictly an 18+ event. ID may be asked for at individual venues.
🏆 Around 8:00 pm – Final Venue, Food & Prizes.
We'll finish the crawl at our final venue at approximately 8 pm, where there'll be more FREE food for ticket holders.
We'll also hold our Christmas dress-up presentations, with prizes for the best-dressed and worst Christmas jumper and more.

The dress theme is Christmas / Santa!
Whether you're rocking a full Santa suit, dressing as an elf, reindeer or Christmas tree, or simply getting into the festive spirit, we want to see your most creative Christmas outfits. There are great prizes to be won!
Prizes for: Best Dressed couple, best sexy Santa or Mr Claus, and worst Christmas jumper/cardigan.

The Brisbane Santa Pub Crawl is being organised to raise funds for RSPCA Queensland, helping support animals in need.
🍻 Drink Responsibly
This is an 18+ event.
We want everyone to have a fantastic time, but please drink responsibly, stay hydrated, look after your mates and respect venue staff and other patrons.
All participating venues are licensed premises, and responsible service of alcohol rules apply. Entry and service remain at each venue's discretion.
Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but special offers and discounts will be available at participating venues.
You don't need to drink at every venue; please pace yourself.

- Where are the venues
We keep the venues secret until the day. That way, we can keep party-crashers away. But there are 7 venues along the way.
- Do I have to drink at every venue?
No, feel free to skip a round or drink some water. Each venue has drink specials, but they aren't mandatory. Drink responsibly.
- What do I wear?
The theme is Christmas; come as Santa, an Elf, a tree, a reindeer, or just wear an ugly Christmas jumper. We don't care, as long as you have made an effort.
There are prizes for the best-dressed couple, sexiest Santa or Mrs Claus, and ugliest Christmas jumper.
Prizes are awarded at the last venue with our fun presentation.
- How much money is going to the RSPCA
All proceeds go to the RSPCA. This is after all costs have been paid for,
- Can I join later?
Yes, you can just let us know what time you will be arriving, and we can give you details as to where we are.
