If you can, please assist with film night expenses and First Nations speaker expenses
Help pay for non alcoholic drinks, healthy snacks and refreshments, printing and social media advertising for the event. Any additional funds raised will go to transport, petrol, parking, and other expenses of the First Nations speakers and their families at this event. This is a fully volunteer organised and staffed event. We made it FREE entry to support the attendance of people living in poverty who aren't beneficiaries of our governments' 'help the rich get richer' policies. Humanitix seems pretty good, but FYI, fees that come out of your donation are: Humanitix takes a Percentage fee: 2.5% per donation (NFP rate used for donations) + charges the event a Fixed fee: $0.50 per donation, and charges the event Local tax: 10% GST added on top of the fee. Thank you for any support you are able to provide.
