Travel instructions

Accessible Car Parks are available on the ground level at the Royal International Convention Centre Car Park, directly across the road from the Exhibition Building. King Street Parking also has disability bays. On street parking is available - please ensure you review the council signage. Public transport is available via bus and train.

Entry instructions

Accessible entrance is on the corner of Gregory Terrace and Costin Street. Please contact the Event Coordinator on 0401 016 134 if you require assistance. We recommend contacting the Event Coordinator prior to arrival so that we can work towards developing plans to accommodate your needs.

After entry instructions

The venue is 100% accessible with a flat and event surface. The event is indoors with corridors approximately 3m wide.

Hazards

The event can be crowded during peak times, however we can assist you with finding a suitable location to rest if you contact the Event Coordinator on 0401 016 134 in advance. There may be spills from food or drinks to be mindful of while our team will work to rectify these as soon as possible.
