BRMC Diversity Homework Club Showcase Event

Pleased to invite you to the Diversity Homework Club Showcase on Friday 23 October, 4:00-5:30pm, at Clarendon College, 1425 Sturt Street.

The Diversity Homework Club brings together more than 50 students from 15 cultural backgrounds and 20 schools across Ballarat with a dedicated network of tutors and peer tutors. Clarendon College kindly hosts our Friday sessions, and this showcase is a chance to see that wider partnership in action: to meet the students, tutors and peer tutors themselves, and to hear directly from them about what the program means day to day.

The Diversity Homework Club is proudly supported by the Victorian Government through the Victorian Communities Action Plan, and delivered with the support of the Centre for Multicultural Youth (CMY) as the sector capability service for Learning Support Programs across Victoria. The showcase is an opportunity to demonstrate the strength of that partnership between government, school and community to our local political representatives and key partners.

Please RSVP by 19 October.

I hope you can join us.
