A whole weekend of total fun, authenticity, and relaxation!!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What:
This will be an intimate, fun, and bonding retreat for 20 women who are ready for a new lease on life!
~There will be opportunities to practice the Japanese art of Kintsugi* “Golden Joinery” where we will repair a piece of pottery and make it way more beautiful than it was when it was new. (You can finally repair that beloved china! Don't worry, we'll have extra pieces if you don't have something to repair.)
~There will be a clothing swap going on all weekend so you’ll be able to go home with a new wardrobe! So bring along any unwanted, but still wearable clothing, shoes, and accessories to pass onto your sisters. Sharing is caring!
~There will be opportunities to sew hems, buttons, embellishments, and make adjustments to your clothes, so they get a whole new lease on life. And who knows – maybe it will become your new, favourite it-piece. Upcycling at its best!
~There will be Morning Yoga, Some Downtime, a Cacao Ceremony,  Ecstatic Dance, and even an Open Mic session!! (OMG so much time to simply be and express yourself!)
~There’ll be vegan kai lovingly prepared for you to feast like the Queens that you are, not just, but especially this weekend!!
~And of course there will be a fashion parade where we shine our light and strut our stuff to show off our new threads!! Sounds like fun? Do you think this weekend can’t get any better?
Ummm yep, cause there are heaps more fun things that we want to keep as a special surprise for you!
Your hosts are Jill Genet and Julia Graeter, and they are literally bursting at the seams to bring all this juicy goodness to light for you!
*What is Kintsugi?
It's called kintsugi (金継ぎ), or kintsukuroi (金繕い), literally golden (“kin”) and repair (“tsugi”). This traditional Japanese art uses precious metal – liquid gold, liquid silver, or lacquer dusted with powdered gold – to bring together the pieces of a broken pottery item and at the same time enhance the breaks.
