Bronwyn Frazer lives in the Blue Mountains in NSW. She is a writer, author, communications professional, and degree qualified clinical nutritionist. Â
Bronwyn has learnt to embrace change as part of her continuous growth. Her life has taught her that the road less travelled, while challenging, brings many blessings. Having experienced many of life’s big moments of change, Bronwyn has challenged herself to reflect and reframe so that she shifts from feelings of victimhood to build emotional intelligence and resilience. Through her work and words, she tries to keep the messages simple to help people look at situations from a different angle.
What if…? How to reframe challenges into opportunities for growth is Bronwyn’s second book.
Tapping into life’s big moments of challenge and change, What if…? offers 44 insights grouped into four themes – learning through relationships, growing through discomfort, dealing with death, and creating consciously. In the final chapter – creating consciously – the author encourages readers to create positive ripples of change in their life and in turn, their wider community.
‘Life can feel like a very bumpy rollercoaster at times’, says Bronwyn. ‘But if you learn how to change your perception and hopefully see the blessings in disguise, the experience can be powerful. I’ve learnt that while I can’t always control what happens, I can control how I perceive things. Then with self-awareness and conscious intention, I can choose to respond differently.’
What if…? How to reframe challenges into opportunities for growth is the perfect book for anyone interested in self-development, wellbeing, and mindfulness.
This book is also the perfect guide for teachers, parents, school counsellors and wellbeing advisors, and natural health practitioners.Â
Testimonial from Jessica Mudditt, mother of two
Last night as I was putting my daughter to bed, she started getting anxious and saying, 'What if... this happens? What if...'
I said 'Hey, I know someone who wrote a book called What if... ? but it was all the good things that could happen, not the scary things.' I asked her to make five positive 'What if...?' statements and to tell me them in the morning.
She smiled and relaxed and started telling me all the amazing What ifs. And then she went to sleep.
Bronwyn Frazer's book has also helped me to reflect on what could go right in my life, rather than focusing on the worst case scenario. This makes me calmer and happier in general.
