In celebration of Mental Health Week, we're excited to present a special edition of our wellness series: the free Mindful Living Workshop.
This annual awareness week shines a spotlight on individual and community mental health, making it the perfect time to come together and reflect on the importance of fostering meaningful connections.
8am - 9am |Â Yoga
Begin your day with a relaxing outdoor yoga session, designed to centre your mind and body in the peaceful surroundings of Ullman Oval.
9am - 10am |Â Harmony and Communication Skills Workshop
This workshop focuses on how to build stronger, more positive connections in everyday life. Participants will learn how personal interactions affect individual and community mental health, explore the nature of conflict, and gain practical skills to resolve disputes effectively.
