REGISTRATIONS OF INTERESTÂ CLOSE 5PM Sunday 29TH SEPTEMBER.Â
**Our prices this year for stalls**Â
$40.00 for an inside stall. $30.00 for an outside stall. Table hire is $10.00 per table. Chair hire is $5.00
Please note that chairs are included with the table hire cost.Â
How big are the tables for stalls?
 1.8m x 75cmÂ
How big is the stall space?
- Indoor Stalls: Our tables are 1.8m x 75cm. We ask that your table setup closely matches these dimensions to ensure adequate space for all participants.
- Outdoor Stalls: The tables provided are 1.8m x 75cm. Please ensure your table setup is as close to these dimensions as possible to maintain a comfortable layout for everyone.
- Carpark Area Stalls: As the carpark area lacks shade, you are welcome to set up a small gazebo. Food trucks should register for the carpark area.Â
If you require more space, we recommend applying for two stall spaces. Please contact Mikayla on 08 9193 6425 or email community@broomecircle.org.au if you have any questions about the number of stall spaces you may need.
Is there access to power points?
There is limited access to power points. If your stall requires power, please let Mikayla know if you require power for your stall ASAP so we can make accommodations for this. Â
Will WIFI be available?
All stall holders will be given free WIFI access on the day.Â
Why do I have to register my interest so early?
Registering your interest early allows us to adequately prepare for the event and promote your products and business. It gives us the necessary time to create and distribute promotional materials and branding packs. Additionally, early registration helps us ensure we can accommodate any specific needs stallholders may have.
What if my circumstances change and IÂ can no longer hold a stall?
If your circumstances change and you are unable to hold a stall, please inform us at least two weeks before the market date (the market is on November 21st). We will be happy to provide you with a refund. Just get in touch with us to make the necessary arrangements. If you miss this two-week deadline, refunds will not be issued unless there are compassionate circumstances. Please contact us to discuss any issues.
How do I register my interest?Â
Go to the ticketing and select a ticket for either an inside, carpark or an outside stall. A ticket does not mean that you will be allocated a stall of that ticket type- we are simply taking expressions of interest at this point.Â
We will do our best to accommodate your preferences, and will inform you on the 10th of October where your stall will be.Â

Does getting a ticket mean that IÂ will be allocated a stall of that ticket kind?Â
No, we are just taking expressions of interest. You will know on the 10th of October whether you will be allocated a stall and where it will be located.
How will you let me know where my stall will be?
When you get a ticket you will be asked to provide your contact details. We will contact you on the details you provided to let you know where your stall will be.Â
When do I have to pay?Â
Upon confirmation of your stall we will send you payment details. Payment will be due by the 17th of October. Non-payment by this date will mean your stall will allocated to other stallholders on our waitlist.Â
Tickets for good, not greed Humanitix dedicates 100% of profits from booking fees to charity
