Event description

Is there a special bro in your life?

When was the last time you checked in with them or let them know you were thinking of them?

This Mental Health March, UNSW Health Promotions Unit invites the UNSW community to learn more and raise awareness on the mental health challenges of men and bro's across the community face.

There are still mental health stigmas surrounding men and masculinity, preventing those who need it from getting the help they need. Cultural barriers, language and social norms often prevent men and bro's from talking with their peers about the challenges they may be facing. This causes mental health to be often overlooked and can impact their life due to ignored mental health issues.

To help break this stigma and raise awareness of it, we want you to send a brouqet to your fellow bro and start a conversation around mental health.
