Brown Estates Tasting Take Over

For our 10th Anniversary week, VinoTeca is partnering with one of our favorite wineries!
Brown Estate is one of Napa’s most iconic wineries—known not only for its exceptional wines but also as the first and largest Black-owned winery in the region. The estate was purchased by the elder Browns in 1980. While they initially sold all their grapes to neighboring wineries, in 1996 their children crafted the estate’s first wine: a signature Zinfandel. Today, the estate practices organic farming, and in 2018 they launched a second label, House of Brown, led by the women of the family and offering a unique complement to the Brown Label.

Join Chris Gaither, Master Sommelier and Director of Wine Education, for a special evening dedicated to all things Brown Estate. In place of our regular weekly tasting, enjoy a curated tasting of 4 wines from both Brown Estate and House of Brown including the limited Estate Cabernet and Rosemary's Block Zinfandel.

This is a drop-in event, but tickets are recommended. Last tasting begins at 7:30 PM.
