Baranduda Roadside Trail Walk
Come and help celebrate the official opening of the newly signposted nature trail on this beautiful remnant stretch of roadside vegetation! We will walk & talk with local ecologist Glen Johnson & learn about the native plants & animals that live and move through this valuable wildlife corridor. Everyone is welcome! 

Places are limited so book early to make sure you don't miss out!  

WHERE AND WHEN: 9:30am - 11:30pm, Saturday, 5th October, meet and parking at the Jamison Drive Playground. Please arrive by 9:15am for registration.

NOTE: please do not park on the Yackandandah-Wodonga Rd.

  •  Morning tea will be provided
  • Physical Fitness level required: MEDIUM ( Walking/standing for 1 or more hours required)

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Water bottle
  • Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing
  • Sunscreen, hat and bring a raincoat in the event of showers
  • Gardening gloves: There will be the opportunity for people (only if you're keen!) to hand pull some woody weed seedlings as we walk along to help protect this beautiful patch of bush.
  • If you are unwell on the day please remain at biome in the consideration of others

    Due to our limited funding it is difficult to cater for every dietary requirement at our events. If you have special dietary requirements please bring your own food and drink.
