Travel instructions

Catch the Belgrave-Lilydale bus from either Belgrave or Lilydale train station. The closesest bus stop is the corner of Monbulk-Seville Rd and Ferndale Rd. The venue is 1km down hill with poor footpaths. The latest bus runs at approximately 10pm.

Entry instructions

The driveway will be marked by a purple and green sign that says "Under The Oaks." Parking is in the first paddock as you enter. You will need to walk about 100m to reach the performance area. Please let us know if you need to park closer.

After entry instructions

Look for the colourful bunting. Once you reach that you should see the giant oak trees. Keep heading towards the trees.

Hazards

The event is outdoors under the canopy of large trees. The surface is dirt and grass with some stones. There are some exposed tree roots and there may be fallen acorns, leaves and small tree branches. We rake the area before events but the wind always blows more down. Some areas of the grass paddock are uneven due to heavy rain or animal activity.

Toilet location

There is one "sit down" toilet used by all guests. It is located next to the performance space. It has a grab rail and is large enough for a powered wheelchair and assistant if needed. There is also a standing urinal but this is not accessible.

Accessible parking

We want to keep the performance area vehicle free, but will make an area available for people with an Accessible Parking Permit. Please let us know if you need to park closer than 100m.
