Ksenia is the founder of Delicious Dreams, a brand that brings the power of vision boarding to life through beautifully designed kits and workshops. With over 16 years of experience in coaching and training, Ksenia is passionate about helping people turn their goals into reality - whether they’re individuals chasing big dreams or teams working towards a shared vision.

Through her work, she blends creativity with purpose, offering tools that make goal-setting feel tangible, inspiring, and part of everyday life. Her mission is simple: to empower people to dream boldly and take meaningful steps toward making it happen.

Dervla Loughnane

Dervla is a psychologist and founder of Virtual Psychologist, a national mental health service delivering support via text, video, and audio. With over 25 years’ experience in clinical, sport, and organisational psychology, she’s worked globally - from emergency departments to multinational companies - helping people navigate critical moments with care and insight.

Her journey has blended psychology with tech, earning her recognition through the Optus and Singtel Future Makers grants. Passionate about suicide prevention and mental health accessibility, Dervla leads with heart, innovation, and a fearless spirit - both on the ground and in the sky (she’s bungee-jumped from the world’s highest bridge and skydived solo in Zimbabwe!).
