Bianca Park is a global innovation strategist and champion for the Gold Coast’s growth as a hub for high-value careers in sectors like space, biotech, tech, and creative industries. With about 20 years spent leading a global innovation agency, she’s helped hundreds of companies - from pharma giants to leaders in the fast-moving consumer goods space - scale and innovate worldwide. Now as the Investment Facilitation Lead at Invest Gold Coast, Bianca brings unmatched energy and insight to attracting investment and fostering entrepreneurship. In doing so, she inspires others to drive meaningful, transformative change in the city she proudly calls home.

Speaker #2: Champion of female-founded enterprises, Taylor Victoria

Taylor Victoria is a passionate entrepreneur, 7-figure agency owner, and unshakable optimist. After completing her degree in Communications and Advertising, Taylor took a leap of faith, moving to Bali at 22 to build her dream business - despite earning just $600 a month at the time.

Since then, she has founded multiple companies, including Level Up Outsourcing, a thriving agency with 90 team members in the Philippines. Through her newly launched podcast, She’s Making Millions, Taylor is sharing the stories of powerhouse women who have built multi-million-dollar businesses. She is also the visionary behind LinkHer, an AI-driven platform connecting female founders with mentors and investors. Taylor is on a mission to help women scale smarter, succeed faster, and make millions on their own terms.
