A wife to Kent, mother of 3, Kate is passionate about distilling the wisdom she has learnt in easy to manage steps. However, these steps were formed from the school of hard knocks, overcoming personal challenges and cash flowing her way to success. Kate is highly sort after as a sales expert and culture psychologist however it is her transparency in her own struggles that she shares that continues to WOW audiences.
Kate is an engaging storyteller and a passionate coach, Kate has the power to help entrepreneurs and business owners shift their thinking about how they live and breathe their business.
Kate's well rounded background in psychology, a successful shareowner of two Flight Centres, and a leading international business coach brings a depth of expertise and skill to those she guides through business. To Kate, a successful business has to start with a person who has faced the things holding them back so they build a sustainable and successful business. People are a tapestry of experiences and Kate knows what threads to weave back into place and what to let go.

Since starting her entrepreneurial journey 6 years ago her success has seen her meet with a former Prime Minister to discuss the state of Innovation in Australia to sitting down with a Shark Tank Entrepreneur. She has won numerous awards including ARN Home Grown StartUp of the Year Entrepreneur in 2016, ARN WIICTA Female Entrepreneur in the same year, Anthill Cool Company and Smart 100 to the WiT Technology Startup Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017, Women World’s Awards Startup of the year 2018, the WiT Small Business Employer Choice Award and ARN Women in ICT Innovation Award 2020 and the AFR Boss Best Places to work most Outstanding Practice in Diversity and Inclusion and the number 2 Tech Industry workplace on ANZ 2021 along with placing finalist in equally as many. She is an advocate and role model for the IT industry sitting on a number of startup advisory boards and is a judge for a number of industry awards including ARN and WIICTA as well as being a formal mentor and chairperson for the Queensland Government Mentoring for Growth program, is a Professional Advisor for the Australian Advisory Board Centre, mentor for Mentor Walks Australia, Guru and advisor to Girl Shaped Flames and Advisory Board Member for NFP UniqYou.
