Description:
- Join us for an afternoon of yoga and meditative painting in a beautiful garden with an amazing mountain view. Experience the tranquility and creativity guided by a world-renowned visual artist and the Smokebrush Foundation. Begin with a relaxing yoga session and then transition into a mindful painting experience.

- Kat will teach a 1 hour yoga session.

-JP will guide us on a 90 minute art journey.

 Bio:
Jamar Pierre, a New Orleans native, defies categorization with his unique artistic style. His work encompasses various genres and concepts with wild texture, abstraction, surrealism, and boldness. With over twenty years of professional experience, Pierre has exhibited his exquisite masterpieces worldwide, including in Iceland, Canada, and Costa Rica. Notably, he was chosen by the NOLA Foundation to create the official Tricentennial Celebration artwork, earning him a place in the Library of Congress. Pierre's contributions to fine art have been recognized by the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Institute and National Public Radio. His vibrant and lively art resonates with both viewers and subjects, evoking joy and emotional responses. Beyond his artistic endeavors, Pierre is passionate about cultural advocacy and has been involved in events such as the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. From his roots in public art to his one-of-a-kind painting technique, Pierre's talent extends to live performance paintings, community murals, and commissioned works.

Kat Tudor is the artistic creative director of Smokebrush Foundation and creator of SunWater Spa. 
Kat has been teaching yoga, dance, art & Thai yoga massage for many years.
