BSF Farming Masterclass - Egg Hatching & Neonate Care

We're here to support Black Soldier Fly Farmers to learn and improve their practice.

Our first masterclass is on a topic that applies to all BSF farmers, from beginners to more experienced practitioners. If your egg hatching procedures are poor or inconsistent, it affects the productivity of your entire farm. In this webinar, you'll hear from experienced Black Soldier Fly breeder, Sofia Katzin from Fly Mumma. Sofia has extensive first-hand experience and subject knowledge on optimizing BSF egg hatching and neonate rearing.

We've asked her to share some practical tips and methods on:

• Optimum conditions and care protocols for BSF Egg Hatching

• Observations - what to look for for healthy hatching

• Neonates - can you count them? How do you know how many have hatched?

• Room for improvement - what can you do to improve your BSF egg hatch rate and neonate survival?

This masterclass is pitched at BSF Farmers who want to improve their farming practice and care for their BSF.

This session is FREE for paid, registered students of the BSF Farming 101 course (offered by Mobius Farms & Fly Mumma).

We hope you can join us.
