Join us at this interactive forum while we learn, collaborate and explore how intersectionality and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion can improve your culture in your Organisation. We are fortunate to have as "our fire starters" Australia's leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Thought Leaders - Mark Champley, Martin Stark and Sam Webster share their knowledge with us.

- Sam will be talking about the things you can do as an individual and as an organisation to make a huge difference to yourself and your organisation.

- Martin will be talking about having the courage to take action as an ally and as a member of your team.

- Mark will share his experiences of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Transport NSW, and successful projects that are making a significant difference - including RAP, the Yarning Circle, Making People Aware.

The speakers' "knowledge share" will be followed by the #bbgthinktank, where you will breakout into a group of 5-7 delegates and explore how you can implement the learnings from Sam, Mark and Martin into your organisation. These insights will be 'unpacked' and discussed.

Martin is passionate about Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Social Justice and Fairness, is a seasoned commercial negotiator and Supplier Diversity Expert with 15-years’ experience as an IT Strategic Sourcing Leader. Martin is the Founding Member of the Yarning Circle and is a Pride Inclusion Advocate for Pride Life Global.
