Event description

The Biology Society of South Australia (BSSA) is excited to collaborate with the Port Environment Centre for a beach walk with Peter Hunt from the Malacological Society!

Peter is a senior member with the Malacological Society and a specialist volunteer at the South Australian Museum, Marine Invertebrate Section He is a passionate beach comber and has a wealth of knowledge on the coastal ecology of Adelaide metropolitan beaches.

Join us for this walk to discover the coastal marine faunal biodiversity as indicated by the coastal wash up during low tide.

Date & Time: 27th Jul 2024 (Sat) 1pm
Location: meet near the jetty at the Largs Bay
Please bring a water bottle and a hat
