  • A minimum upfront payment, which includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit, is required to secure your order.
  • You’ll be notified of each payment attempt, so please ensure sufficient funds are available

Come along to learn more about the festival for 2025, get your questions answered, and receive tailored support with marketing and PR for the festival. This also serves as perfect opportunity to collect some marketing materials for the festival.
