Buddhist Kids' Corner at the Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices 🧘‍♂️🌟

For 5 years to 12 years old (primary school age)

Join us every Tuesday from 5pm to 6pm for our Buddhist Kids' Corner, a special time dedicated to children exploring contemplative practices rooted in Tibetan Buddhist principles.

Here's what you can expect:

🧘‍♀️✨Mindfulness Activities : Fun and engaging exercises to help children develop mindfulness and awareness.

📚🌈Storytelling: Captivating stories from Buddhist traditions to impart valuable life lessons and moral teachings.

🎨🖌️Creative Expression: Art and craft sessions inspired by Tibetan Buddhist symbols and themes.

🧘‍♂️🕊️ Simple Meditations : Gentle guided meditations to introduce children to the basics of meditation and relaxation.

🤝💬Community and Sharing: Opportunities for kids to share their thoughts and experiences, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
