Budgalong Lodge in collaboration with Terra Firma Dining is excited to host you for a wood-fired paddock to plate long lunch.

Dining at Budgalong offers a real taste of the destination, a celebration of homegrown, locally sourced and sustainably produced food. The lodge draws inspiration from the farm and the local community, providing a space for family and friends to come together and connect with the people and places that matter most.

A dining experience with no boundaries, guests will be treated to an open fire pit installation with local produce roasting over hot coals. This style of dining embraces basic cooking techniques utilising only fire. It is an experience that you will not want to miss!
