Join us for a hands-on woodworking workshop where you'll build confidence using power tools while creating a beautiful, functional chair for your home. Under expert guidance, you'll learn to use drills, saws, and sanders in a supportive and engaging environment.

This workshop takes place at The ReCreators Green Space, our hub for de-nailing and timber reclamation. It’s a great opportunity to explore our site and learn about our efforts to divert timber from landfills.

Workshop Details

• Tools covered: Power drill, jigsaw/skill saw, and various sanders.

• Safety first: A mandatory health and safety briefing will take place at the start of the session. Participants must wear covered shoes and fitted clothing (nothing loose or flowing).

• Outdoor work: Some activities may take place outside, so dress appropriately.

• What to bring: Snacks, lunch, and a water bottle.

Important Notes

• Children cannot attend due to health and safety regulations.

• Teens are welcome if accompanied by a participating guardian.

• Arrive on time for the health and safety briefing—this is required to take part in the workshop.
