Build Me Up, Buttercup: Support Work Group Supervision
Description
Support work is rewarding, it's also complex, emotional, and sometimes downright hard. These group supervision sessions are a space for support workers to learn about the theories that underpin this work, learn practical tools that you can use straight away, ask questions about the confusing stuff, and build confidence alongside others who get it.
Facilitated by Tara Scott (they/them), an Accredited Social Worker, each session blends theoretical knowledge, practical skills and reflective discussion. All we ask is that you come with an open mind and willingness to learn!
You are welcome to register for as little or as many sessions as you like, there is no obligation to sign up to them all!
All support workers, no matter whether you are an employee or work for yourself, are welcome to join us - so long as you are located in Australia.
