This 90-minute hands-on workshop designed to help you move beyond simply chatting with AI and start learning how to design AI systems that support real work and decision-making.
Using the concept of a personal AI Board of Directors, participants will explore how to create specialised AI advisers with distinct roles, goals and perspectives, and how those advisers can work together to analyse problems, challenge assumptions and improve decisions.
You might create a Career Strategist to help assess opportunities and long-term career direction, or a Challenger to question assumptions, uncover blind spots and test recommendations.
Along the way, you’ll learn the fundamentals of AI agents and agentic thinking: how to break complex problems into specialised roles, give AI the right context and tools, and design simple workflows that produce better outcomes.
No coding experience required.
