Build your Own AI Assistant
Description
Please note: this event is run by the Small Business Development Corporation for small business owners in Western Australia only.
AI can do much more than write emails, generate ideas or answer questions. With the right instructions and business information, you can create an AI assistant designed to support the way you work.
In this practical, hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to build an AI assistant around a real task or workflow in your business. You’ll start by identifying where AI could save you time or reduce repetitive work, then learn how to give your assistant the right instructions, context and reference information to make it more useful.
You’ll build and test your own AI assistant, refine its instructions and explore where human review is still important. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a working prototype or first version of an assistant you can continue developing for your business.
This topic covers:
Identify business tasks and processes that could benefit from an AI assistant.
Learn how to turn a business task or process into a workflow for an AI assistant.
Develop effective instructions and relevant business information to prompt your AI assistant.
Discover ways AI assistants can support everyday business activities, including customer communication, administration and marketing.
How to build, test and refine and AI assistant for your business.
