The workshop

This workshop is designed to help grow the capacity of school leaders and aspiring leaders to effectively use self-reflection to identify strengths and develop skills to enhance leadership and improve student outcomes. Topics covered are:

• Understanding Feedback
• Effective Feedback
• Identification of positive feedback strategies: individual and team feedback. 
• Understanding behaviours to enhance self-reflection practices that contribute to a culture of feedback to develop capacity to build leadership culture
• Applying feedback to practice
