Building a skilled AOD workforce for the future
Event description
Join us for a short online panel discussion to learn about the practicalities of hosting a TAFE student placement, flexible approaches to placement, requirements for you as a supervisor and for students. Ask questions of TAFE teachers and former students who are now working in the NGO AOD sector.
What will I learn?
- The flexible approaches available to enable student placements,
- Details of new streamlined requirements for supervisors, and
- Discussion of the benefits of placements for your organisation.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions of TAFE representatives.
Who should attend?
Any members who may have hosted TAFE student placements in the past or haven't hosted a student before and would like to understand more about what is involved.
