Event description

The Foundation invites you to attend the second Annual Linwood Te Aratai Foundation Alumni Speaker event. We are so pleased that Mark Rocket, who attended LHS from 1984 to 1988 is keen to share his unique insight and knowledge of the aerospace industry in Canterbury and New Zealand with us.

Mark has always had a burning passion for space. In 2007 he started commercial operations of Rocket Lab with Peter Beck and in 2018 Mark started Kea Aerospace, a company based in Canterbury which flies uncrewed aircraft to the stratosphere. He’s President of industry body Aerospace New Zealand.
