Building Entrepreneurial Resilience

It can be tough being a business owner, especially when times are challenging, but the key is resilience; a skill you can learn and improve throughout your life. Resilience is a measure of your emotional strength and knowing how to cope in spite of setbacks, barriers or limited resources. It's about how much you want something and how much you are willing, and able, to overcome obstacles to succeed.

This workshop will explore tools to help you build resilience and so achieve more as individual and a business owner.

This topic covers:

• Increasing resilience;
  
• Building psychological flexibility to see things in a new way;
• Strategies for navigating through difficult times;
• Producing better outcomes.

This session is suitable for all small business owners.

This online workshop will be recorded and made available for those registrants unable to attend the live event. A link to the recording will be available to registrants from the workshop hub within 24 hours of the live event taking place. You will have a week to watch the video before the link expires.

The facilitator of this topic, Capstone Associates, provide hands on knowledge and skills experiences to help business owners succeed. They have more than 25 years of experience in providing training and one-to-one support programs to business owners.

This workshop is presented by the Small Business Development Corporation, a Western Australian Government agency that helps small business owners to start well, survive and thrive.
