Join Representative of Taiwan Joanne Ou to a panel discussion on the topic of Building Global Resilience: Taiwan's Disaster Management and Climate Collaboration. Panellists include Ollie Law, Co-Founder and CTO of Fixinc and COPNZ, and Al Lawn, Head of Emergency Management for the Selwyn District Council and the discussion will be moderated by international parliamentary scholar Max Mitchell.

The panel will discuss the range of climate resilience measures, from the international to the local level. With climate change-related disasters a major and growing threat, how do the different levels of government and the international community interact, and what influence will this have on international relations?
