Building Inclusive Pathways

Join MCCSA and Community Bridging Services (CBS) Inc. for a practical, culturally inclusive workshop for people living with disability, their families, carers, and employers.

In this session, participants will:

• Learn how to access and use NDIS funding.

• Explore culturally safe supports and services.

• Discover pathways to employment, pre-employment programs, confidence-building, and internships.

• Understand how open employment strengthens inclusive communities.

Employers and businesses will learn:

• How to support job seekers with disability.

• How to register with CBS and foster a workplace that values diversity and lived experience.

This workshop is ideal for CALD community members, job seekers, carers, and employers committed to creating opportunities, reducing isolation, and building a welcoming South Australia where everyone can participate, connect, and belong.
