How do we, as a collective, continue to champion joy in the face of hardship? For NCLT, it’s been a year of rebuilding, rehabilitating, and repairing - both literally and metaphorically. However, through this year of rebuilding, we have been able to find the joy within our growth, including:
The tripling of first-time homebuyers assisted through our newly updated Down Payment Assistance program.
A $200,000 rehabilitation on one of our largest cooperatives in San Francisco.
NCLT's brand-new strategic plan, a result of years-long internal conversations.
Join NCLT for an evening of community, connection, and most prominently, JOY. We will be gathering once again at the beautiful David Brower Center in Downtown Berkeley, on Friday, December 11th from 6-8pm. We are thrilled to welcome Berkeley Mayor Adena Ishii as a guest speaker at our event, in addition to our wonderful community members and colleagues. Come share good food, drinks, and conversation with great people!
