Event description

Group projects can be a pain and sorry to tell you...it doesn't end at graduation. So it is important to learn how to get it right because we all know that team work makes the dream work, no matter what career path you choose.

Don't worry, the clinicians at Psychology & Wellness have your back. Their Building Positive Relationships workshop will support participants to  successfully navigate group work, internships and communicate effectively with others.

Over this three-part workshop participants will explore the themes of

  •  Boundaries
  • Verbal Communication
  • Non verbal communication and negotiating/problem solving with others

Mental Health March is created by UNSW Health Promotions Unit and aims to encourage the UNSW community to engage in conversations surrounding the often challenging topics of mental health and wellbeing. The team offer workshops, resources and mental health services to all UNSW Students and Staff.

If you or someone you know needs some support with their mental health, you can contact the Psychology and Wellness team via Mental Health Connect.
