Are you looking to be proactive about your wellbeing? Join us for a transformative workshop based on the PR6 Resilience Program. Throughout this workshop, you'll discover skills  needed to boost your resilience across six domains: Vision, Composure, Reasoning, Tenacity, Collaboration, and Health.

Workshop Highlights:

1. Complete a 3-minute PR6 resilience measurement questionnaire to gauge your current resilience level.

2. Learn about the importance of and the relationship between each of the domains and there influence on resilience    

3.  Discuss strategies to help you start working on each domain
