Event description

NZTech Connect Event: Strengthening the Government and Tech Relationship
Balancing talent recruitment with the need to support and embrace the market.

The relationship between the Government and the tech sector has never been more important!  The demand for digital transformation continues to increase while we experience a major talent shortage.

As Government agencies struggle to meet their skills needs, they find themselves competing for talent with the very companies they need to work with to digitally transform.

Join NZTech’s CEO Graeme Muller in discussion with Jane Kennedy, General Manager, All of Government Services Delivery, Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) and Capgemini’s Country Manager, Jo Healy.

DIA’s Jane Kennedy will provide an update on how the Marketplace initiative is helping create a smoother working relationship and the latest on their Common Capabilities work. Capgemini’s Jo Healy will also share new ways of working with agencies.

Date:  Thursday 17 November

Time: 5.00 -7.30pm

Location: Capgemini, Level 4, 80 Willis Street, Wellington 6011

Event Type: Physical

Cost: Free ($25 non-members)
