Building the Workforce for Irish Construction’s Industrialised Future

About the webinar: Ireland’s construction industry must address housing and infrastructure demands while overcoming labour shortages, productivity challenges, and sustainability pressures by moving beyond traditional workforce models and adopting Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). Drawing on Irish SME experiences and case studies, the presentation highlights how industrialised construction is reshaping job roles, creating demand for new digital, technical and leadership skills, and underscores the importance of industry-led upskilling to support this transition.
