Buildings of the Future: Tour of In the Works Electrified Townhomes

Continuum Housing is currently building 11 fully electrified townhomes in North Denver. 

We’ll tour the homes under construction and the Developer - GBC Member Klaus Holzapfel - will present the technology they are using (heat pump heating & cooling, water heaters, insulation, etc). We’ll also discuss the challenges and opportunities to refurbish existing homes and how to get the biggest bang for your buck. And we'll explore ideas for affordable and emission-free housing.

Continuum Housing: Continuum Housing is a development firm in North Denver focusing on zero-emission homes. Building homes of the future now is our primary goal. Our current project includes solar, urban farming and the latest heat pump technology.Our floorplans allow for alternative living solutions aside from the traditional family models.
