    Event description

We're celebrating and fostering a community of givers changing lives globally. Join us for a truly remarkable and unforgettable Bunchful Awards & World Summit.

Bunchful Enterprises is a socially responsible organization that honors those who give while simultaneously challenging ourselves to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs). As an organization, our primary focus is Goal #17, Partnerships For The Goals. However, each year, the Bunchful Awards focuses on one particular UN SDG and awards those whose work is related to that particular UN SDG. The UN SDG focus for each year's Bunchful Awards is announced annually. In contrast, the Bunchful Future of Philanthropy Summit addresses any and/or all 17 Sustainable Development Goals in our workshops, speeches, roundtable discussions, partnership outreach, and information sharing every year. We nurture partnerships to find holistic approaches and solutions for the challenges we face in our world and to accomplish all the UN SDGs, adding impactful action and generosity to fight for those who can't.

    _________

The Bunchful Future of Philanthropy World Summit was created to help achieve the UN SDGs.

The Bunchful Future of Philanthropy World Summit: Wednesday, November 8, 2023, 01:00 PM - 5:30 PM.

This year's Future of Philanthropy World Summit is in its 3rd year and is made possible by Bunchful.News, as it shines a spotlight on giving, and the BunchfulAtlas.Me the first digital business card to spread the word on how you give back to the community.

    Special Benefit and Showcase:
Meet investors from social impact funds. This exciting event explores future possibilities in the philanthropic sector with speakers from major local and global investment funds, philanthropists from around the world tackling big topics that affect us all, and businesses and the general public sharing their practices and how they are partnering for good.

We will dive deep into how we can collectively change our world for the better and help ourselves and each other as we tackle big topics that affect us all, specifically focusing on the UN SDGs, individuals, and corporate socially responsible efforts to help attain the Goals.

There will be curated and facilitated networking groups to allow for deeper conversations with fellow attendees committed to shaping the future of giving, and attendees will be among the first to learn of some of the exciting and emerging PhilTech that will help solve some of these issues, as well as roundtables and presentations by leaders in their fields.

Here are some of the challenges we will address.

          Social Impact Investing:

    • What are the market trends and the current landscape of impact investing?
    • How do we identify and fund new impact investment opportunities that are being spearheaded by non-traditional sources to enable greater inclusion?
    • What is the new social imperative when it comes to impact investing?
    • What lessons are learned from past investment strategies, and what are their effects today?
    • In what new ways can different financing strategies be blended to accommodate new markets?
    • What are some major impact investment funds, and what are their approaches and solutions to today's market?

      Achieving the UN SDGs:

    • We are in a time of great upheaval, political, climate action and social. In the face of these challenges, what past strategies will endure, and what innovations are needed to anticipate and answer new areas of crises to come?
    • What are some things that technology creatives should think about when developing new technology for the philanthropic field?
    • How is innovation, specifically tech innovation, supporting our future goals in terms of giving back and meeting the challenges of the UN SDGs?
    • How do we measure corporate impact, and what challenges do we face?
    • In thinking about UN SDG #3, Good Health & Wellbeing, what issues do we need to consider now to future-proof against issues like the growing homeless crisis in the face of major changes and challenges?
    • What is the potential of technology and innovation to support greater giving?
    • How can we partner, collaborate better, and share resources in achieving the UN SDGs?

        _________

The Bunchful Awards was created to honor those who give back.

The Bunchful Awards Reception: Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Our 2023 Award theme is UN SDG #3: Good Health & Wellbeing with its surrounding issues, including the growing crisis of the un-housed.

        Special Benefit and Celebration:

The Bunchful Awards recognizes and honors champions of change, giving back to others and their communities, with 2023 being our inaugural event, many years in the making. The Awards promises to deliver a compelling night where givers are recognized and honored for their philanthropic work, accompanied by an exciting day of innovation with new and emerging technologies, stories, workshops, presentations, and more.

Each year, we focus on one Goal from the UN SDG as our theme for the Bunchful Awards for that year, and for 2023, the focus is on Goal #3, Good Health and Wellbeing, with particular interest on the homeless crises and its surrounding issues, including food insecurity, clothing, health, education and more.

Come help us explore the true spirit of giving and be inspired by the exemplary lives of those who are giving now. Learn how givers navigate the ever-changing world to find solutions and innovations to continue creating impact. There will be a special reception, and opportunities to meet and network with our honorees at the Awards.

Did You Know: An independent Nominations Committee created eligibility for a Bunchful Award made up of international persons with deep, established roots in philanthropy, and awardees will have met those criteria to be considered. However, there is one award, the ZHAG Award (the Zayeed Hakim Award for Generosity), which will be awarded to a recipient at the sole discretion of Bunchful Enterprises and is not subject to the criteria of the nominations committee. The ZHAG Award will be given to an exemplary individual, group, or organization that has created an impact in the lives of others and/or has demonstrated extraordinary generosity or commitment to the UN SDGs. The ZHAG Award was named in honor of Zayeed Hakim, a past Bunchful Ambassador, who was himself an exemplary giver and humanitarian who lived his life in the service of doing good and constantly sought ways to help others.
