Bundaberg: Compliant Complaint Systems

This Micro-credentialing project is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland Government
The Compliant Complaints micro training is designed to help NDIS providers self-assess their systems against standards and requirements and identify any gaps that may remain.
This micro course is part of a Readiness Series which looks at upholding NDIS registration standards.
What you will learn:
Complaints vs feedback (and other shades of grey)
Common complaint categories
Key regulators and regulations overseeing NDIS providers
Complaint necessities signalled in Codes, Standards and Rules
The five requirement themes
Assessing your evidence gaps and options to address them
What can be learned from your mistakes – and the data of others
The hands-on session is packed with tools for you to use during the session and to takeaway including:
Compliant Complaints Self-Assessment Workbook
60+ links to other templates, checklists, and guides captured in your HELPr action plan
Every person successfully completing the micro-course will receive a Micro-Credential in Compliant Complaint Systems
All those registered will also enjoy free online access to all content until October 31.
No previous quality or systems experience is needed.
Eligibility
This micro course is one of six titles that are available free due to the funding and support of the Queensland Government.
To be eligible for these trainings you must be:
Aged 15 years of age or over and not in school,
A permanent Queensland resident
An Australian or New Zealand citizen OR hold an eligible visa (please contact us)
Not an apprentice or trainee
Not an employee of a government dept or agency
As part of this funded project, AIR needs to collect learner information and use this within its reporting to the State Government.
You will receive a link to complete this information before the session.
