Bunnings Sausage Sizzle - REQ Style
Event description
The Rotary of Elizabeth Quay is looking forward to host a classic Sausage Sizzle at Bunnings Subiaco. May we experience rain, sunshine or rainbow on the day as we dish out some tasty sausage in hot dog buns served with finger licking sauce!
On the day we'll be dressed up in costumes, having fun and serving snags all to fundraise for Lifeline WA.
Lifeline WA’s mission is to prevent suicide, support people in crisis and reduce the stigmas, which can be a barrier to people seeking help. Around 8-9 lives are lost per day to suicide in Australia and even a small intervention through a phone call in time can help save many lives.
The funds we raise on behalf of Lifeline will go a long way in supporting vulnerable people experiencing a crisis situation in the community.
$39 will fund 1 Crisis Support Call
$1,000 will fund 25 Crisis Support Calls
$4,000 will fund the training of one Telephone Crisis Support Volunteer
Come say hi to the #REQFAM, have a bite to eat/drink and help us facilitate generosity in the community. We'll be having 2 shifts on the day: morning (7:30am - 11:30am) and afternoon (11:30am- 3:30pm) If you're available to volunteer, please click on the ticket link to choose your shift.
