FAQs

• What time does the event start and finish?

  The official event begins in The Pav from 6:00pm.

  You are welcome to arrive early to secure your event wristband from 4:00pm.

  For early bird bundle ticket holders, exclusive access to The Tropic Restaurant is from 7:00pm.

  The event will conclude at 2:00am.

• How do I get there?

  We have limited 3-hour paid parking nearby.

  We recommend ride share or public transport.

  We are only a 3 minute walk (230m) from the Burleigh Heads tram station.

• Can I refund or exchange my ticket?

  Refunds are not available for this event.

  If you are no longer able to attend, you can list & sell your tickets on the offical ticket resale site, Tixel.

• Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

  Yes, please get in touch if you require your ticket to be transferred to a different name and we can make the adjustment for you.

• Will there be food & drinks?

  Of course!

  General Admission ticket holders will have access to complimentary food items from the Pav menu until 9:00pm. Pizza will be available to order all night. No beverages are included with this ticket.

  Early Bird Bundle ticket holders will also get access to a canape & premium beverage package in The Tropic from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.

• Is there a dress code?

  Burleigh Pavilion & The Tropic’s dress code is smart casual. If in doubt, dress in smart casual attire, or you may be refused.

  We treat all guests with tattoos equally and management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person with head, face or neck tattoos. Discretion may be used depending on size and nature. Covering up these tattoos does not allow entry. Our approach to tattoos is consistent with that of similar licensed venues in Queensland and is in place to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests.

  No Singlets – No thongs – No ripped or dirty clothing – No hard capped shoes – No sports team/club wear – No fancy dress up/costumes – No pub crawls – No Bucks or Hens parties.

  Management reserves the right to refuse entry generally.

• Do you have a smoking area?

  We do not have a smoking area inside the venue but you can exit the venue and re-enter as required.

• Is the event suitable for children?

  No, this is an 18+ event.
