Welcome to BURLESQUercise!

Are you ready to put yourself first for an hour a week? Burlesquercise is a fun, fitness-focused burlesque class designed for women who want to move, laugh, and unleash their hidden showgirl- no experience needed!

Low-impact strength and conditioning exercises, playful props (gloves, canes, feather fans), upbeat tunes, and fun choreography.

We keep is silly, casual, and SUPER lighthearted- it's truly just about having fun, moving your body and feeling fab.

By submitting this enrolment and registering for a class or workshop with Suspensions Aerial Arts and Burlesque, you hereby adhere to the following terms and conditions;

1. No holds. Enrolment is only confirmed once registration form is complete, and payment has been made.

2. No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes. This includes injury or illness.

3. You are in charge of your own body! Attendees and participants must tell the instructor of any illness, injury, pregnancy, or disability that may affect their ability to participate.

4. Attendees and participants must let the instructor know if they wish not to be in any still or moving photography.
