Your expert guides:
Amber and Margaret bring over 40+ years of combined professional experience and have worked with more than 700 people as coaches and facilitators, at organisations like Westpac, DHL and KPMG. ICF-accredited coaches, their approach draws on neuroscience and psychology, combined with real-world expertise to help you identify your specific burnout risk factors and develop practical solutions.
Why this works:
This isn't just another wellness workshop with generic advice. We focus on the 4 crucial dimensions of burnout, helping you understand where your specific risks lie and how to effectively address them. The small group setting (max 16 participants) ensures personalised attention.
Investment:
$250 inc GST. This includes the initial 2 hour workshop with the BAT-12 assessment, plus the 3 follow up accountability sessions. That's less than $42 per week to better understand and effectively reduce your risk of burnout.
About Your Facilitators:
Amber Gladstone: ICF-ACC Coach currently diving into the mysteries of the brain with a Master's in Neuroscience at UNE. Has helped hundreds of professionals avoid hitting the wall - sometimes by teaching them how to climb over it instead. Specialises in translating complex neuroscience into "oh, that actually makes sense" strategies you'll use beyond the workshop.
Margaret Haarhoff: ICF-ACC Coach and NLP practitioner with 20+ years in HR who's seen enough to write several bestsellers (but is bound by confidentiality). Margaret combines practical business savvy with genuine empathy to help clients navigate workplace challenges without losing their minds or sense of humour in the process.
